A sequel to the 2010 Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, the stars Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan in lding roles and Sonali Bendre in a supporting role.
The first of the was relsed on 28 May 2013. The , on the other hand, relsed on 15 August 2013 to coincide with the national holiday on the eve of Independence Day in India. The relse date of the was pushed back by the producers to avoid clashing with Rohit Shetty's Chennai Express, which relsed on 9 August 2013.[1] This is the third collaboration between Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha as a pair (after 2012 s Rowdy Rathore and Joker), and the first of the kind between Sinha and Imran Khan.
